- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon dried prawns, soaked to soften
- 1 thinly sliced medium onion
- 2 dried black mushrooms, soaked to soften and sliced thinly
- 1 fuzzy melon, peeled and thickly sliced
- 1-inch ginger, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons water
- White pepper to taste
What to Do
Heat oil in wok and add dried prawns, onion and mushrooms. Stir-fry until onion softens.
Add fuzzy melon, ginger and salt. Fry for another minute, then add water and cover wok. Cook until the melon is tender.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
